We will disclose such personal information to related staff or agents in order to contact and inspect the event under the smallest disclosure possibility. The information should only be utilized in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu areas. Personal information collected from certain event would be destroyed two years after the case is closed. Stakeholders are welcome to contact us to advocate your rights protected by the third article of Personal Data Protection Law.

Stakeholders have the rights of personal information disclosure denial. However, please understand that Familymart may not provide services efficiently according to your decision. Stakeholders should provide truth and fact; otherwise, FamilyMart can refuse to deal with the event reported. Stakeholders understand that you have to obey the Civil Law or Martial Law of ROC Republic of China.
