Furthermore, she has adopted a targeted marketing approach for the busy office workers, health-conscious seniors, and thrifty mothers who frequent the store, promoting various online and offline discounts focused on the top 20% super VIPs in their store’s LINE group. She has maximized efficiency and continually generates incentives to encourage customers to return.

Store manager Ying-hua has fostered a close relationship with the local community.
