權益告知

累點 會員單次單筆交易達累點門檻得以累計全家集點點數,並限發票金額計算,不開立發票之交易金額不計算在內。依菸害防制法規,本集點活動消費計算金額將排除菸品價格。
會員可出示手機App集點條碼、歸戶之全家集點卡、手機報號方式進行全家集點點數累點,如店鋪主動告知下消費者放棄點數累點,本公司將不予事後補點。
全家集點點數累點後,會員不得轉贈第三方並不得要求以任何形式轉換。
會員單次單筆交易達累點門檻,可以手機報號方式進行全家集點點數累點,本公司有權利使用個人資料以提供全家集點累點服務。
1.自2018年1月3日起,當年度累積的點數於累點隔年3月31日失效,若點數到期前未使用完畢,將自動失效歸零。如2018年1月3日累積的點數,使用期限至2019年3月31日,2019年4月1日點數將做歸零處理。
2.特定行銷活動所加贈點數,如其活動說明或全家APP有載明點數到期日、點數可使用有效天數等點數效期資訊,則不適用前項點數效期限制,以實際點數載明之有效期間為準。
會員如因店鋪連線異常造成全家集點點數無法累點,點數將於48小時後入點於會員帳戶。
本會員累計點數可兌換或加價購之商品內容將不定期更新。會員不得要求將點數兌換現金,或兌換非商品兌換期限或加價購期限內之贈品。點數兌換作業,將依本公司之公告為準。
兌點 會員可於全家App、My FamiPort APP兌點,消費者如於兌換期限10分鐘內未持手機App之兌點條碼至櫃台兌點,兌點條碼將失效,全家集點點數將返還會員帳戶。
退貨 會員於店鋪交易後退貨,本公司將扣回該筆發票金額贈送之點數。會員於店鋪進行全家集點兌點退貨,需持交易明細、發票或載具及原商品至原店鋪退貨,本公司將返還該筆發票扣除之點數於發票持有者之會員帳戶;會員點數請於期限內使用完畢,逾期將予以扣除,兌點退貨若點數已逾期則無法歸還,亦無法以現行點數作為替補。會員持全家集點點數兌換異業通路之優惠商品,點數將於兌換當下即時扣點且無法退換貨,消費者需負擔保管之權責,如小白單遺失、字體模糊致無法辨認,本公司不予返還點數。會員於退貨時須返還該筆商品交易完成時贈送之點數予本公司,如於退貨時點數不足扣抵,須於退貨期限內補足點數後,方可完成退貨。
退款 會員購買隨買跨店/預約取之商品,逾兌換/預約期限時,將依照全家會員隨買跨店/預約取、悠遊卡跨店取服務消費者權益說明之退款計算公式退款,並於退款時扣回對應退款金額之會員點數。
歸戶 一張全家集點卡僅可綁定於一個會員帳號內,集點卡之序號經歸戶後即不得自會員帳號內刪除,每一個會員帳號至多可設定十張集點卡。全家集點點數將彙整於綁定之會員帳號,點數不得轉移至第三人之帳號。 全家集點卡歸戶後,可於全家App、My FamiPort APP或FamiPort進行會員累兌點數查詢。
停權 本公司將於會員退貨後扣回該筆發票金額贈送之點數,若會員已無點數,則會員帳號之全家集點點數將呈現負數,本公司有權利停止該帳號之使用權限。 您瞭解本公司若查證您的會員帳號有發生本公司活動規範之外、不合法、影響他人權益、或舞弊操作等行為者,本公司擁有隨時停止或禁止使用該會員帳號之權利。 請注意,如您刪除會員帳號或遭停止或禁止使用會員帳號者時,系統將即刻刪除該帳號之關聯之點數、紅利、及所有會員活動優惠,恕不另行通知。本公司對該會員或任何第三人均不承擔責任。
其他 本公司保留隨時增加、修改或終止會員權益條款的權利,修改後條款一經本公司的網站上公布即生效,本公司不另外個別通知各位會員。
集點卡貼紙 2024年(下同)10月15日起全家店舖將陸續停止實體「全家集點卡貼紙」(下稱:集點卡)之使用,於10月31日則全台店舖停止集點卡之運作。倘集點卡之持有者欲使用尚未使用完畢之全家點數,請先行註冊全家APP會員,並於10月31日前至店舖之FamiPort機台將點數歸戶至會員點數帳戶,逾期未歸戶則視為放棄集點卡中原本累積之全家點數,歸戶操作如有疑問可致電全家客服(0800-221-363)詢問。
上述FamiPort點數歸戶操作路徑如下:會員>會員集點卡歸戶>會員登入>條碼卡卡號填入。

Consumer Rights Notification

Point Collection (Earning) Members can earn the FamilyMart Point for each purchase reaching the threshold. Points shall only be calculated based on the amount shown in the uniform invoice (government receipt). Purchase amounts not shown in the uniform invoice shall be considered. In accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, the amounts for purchasing tobacco products shall be excluded from point calculation.
Members may register their points with the FamilyMart App bar code shown on their mobiles, store points in their FamilyMart Point Collection Card for point collection, or deposit points in their FamilyMart Member Account by informing the shopkeeper of their mobile numbers. No point shall be re-issued when consumers waive their point earning rights after being informed by the shopkeeper.
When the total amount of each purchase reaches the threshold, members may deposit points in their FamilyMart Member Account by informing the shopkeeper of their mobile numbers. This Company reserves the right to use their personal data to offer FamilyMart Point collection service.
From January 3, 2018, all points earned in the year shall expire by March 31 of the next year. All unredeemed points shall become void (become zero). For example, points earned on January 3, 2018 shall expire by March 31, 2019 and become zero from April 1, 2019.
When FamilyMart Points cannot be stored due to Internet connection errors, the earned points will be deposited in the member’s account in 48 hours. The merchandise for point redemption or discount purchase with points is subject to change without prior notice. No point redemption for cash or merchandise expiring the point redemption or point discount period shall be considered. The point redemption policy shall be subject to the announcement of this Company.
Point Redemption Members can redeem their FamilyMart Points with the FamilyMart App or My FamiPort App. The redemption bar code shown on their mobiles shall expire when consumers fail to redeem points at the checkout counter within 10 minutes after code generation. The redeemed points shall then be returned to the consumer’s FamilyMart Member Account.
Product Return After a member returns goods to a FamilyMart store, this Company shall deduct the FamilyMart Points earned from that purchase. A member returning goods redeemed with the FamilyMart Point must present the purchase details, uniform invoice, or carrier and the original goods to apply for product return to a FamilyMart store. Members are encouraged to use up their FamilyMart Point by the expiry. All FamilyMart Points shall reset after expiry. When returning goods redeemed with the FamilyMart Point after the point expiry, the redeemed points shall not be returned or exchanged with new points. When purchasing discounted merchandise of other retail channels with the FamilyMart Point (point redemption), the FamilyMart Point shall be deducted immediately and no product return shall be considered. It is the consumer’s responsibility to keep the little white receipt. No points shall be returned if the little white receipt is lost or the text on it is illegible. When returning a product, members must return to this Company the points earned from that transaction. If points are insufficient for deduction, members must make up the insufficiency before product return is complete.
Refund When members fail to collect merchandise purchased through Buy Online, Pick-Up In Store (BOPIS) or Pre-order & Self-Collection (POSC) after the redemption or collection deadline, the refund amount shall be calculated according to the Consumer Rights Notification of FamilyMart BOPIS/POSC or EasyCard POSC Service. Members shall also need to return the points earned from the purchase.
Point Consolidation Each FamilyMart Point Collection Card can only be bound with one FamilyMart Member Account. After registering the serial number of the FamilyMart Point Collection Card on the FamilyMart Member Account, no revocation shall be considered. Each FamilyMart Member Account can be bound with a maximum of 10 FamilyMart Point Collection Cards. Points stored in the FamilyMart Point Collection Cards shall be consolidated in the registered FamilyMart Member Account. No point can be transferred to another FamilyMart Member Account. After consolidation, members can check their points via the FamilyMart App, My FamiPort App, or FamiPort.
Suspension After members return a product, this Company shall deduct the points earned from that purchase. If a member has no more points, the point status in the FamilyMart Point Collection Card of the corresponding FamilyMart Member Account shall be a negative number. This Company reserves the right to suspend the corresponding FamilyMart Member Account. Members should understand that this Company reserves the right to suspend or debar their FamilyMart Member Accounts of these members when acts breaching the event rules of this Company, against the law, affecting the rights and interests of others, or involving corruption are detected. Please be noted that after the deletion, suspension, or debarment of the FamilyMart Member Account, the system will immediately delete all points, bonuses, and the relevant event benefits consolidated in that account without further notice. This Company shall assume no responsibility for that member or any third party.
Miscellaneous This Company reserves the right to add, amend, or terminate the clauses in relation to the rights and interests of members. All amendments shall take effect immediately after announcing on this Company’s corporate website. This Company shall make no further notice to individual members.
FamilyMart Stamp Cards Starting from October 15, 2024 (and hereinafter the same), all FamilyMart stores will gradually discontinue the use of physical "FamilyMart Stamp Cards" (hereinafter referred to as "Stamp Cards"). On October 31, 2024, the operation of Stamp Cards will be completely halted in all stores across the country.
If holders of Stamp Cards wish to use their remaining FamilyMart points, they must first register as a member of the FamilyMart APP and transfer their points to their membership account using the FamiPort kiosk at any store by October 31, 2024. Failure to transfer the points before the deadline will be considered a forfeiture of the accumulated FamilyMart points in the Stamp Card.   • Q: 如何修改我的會員密碼? 忘了密碼怎麼辦?
    如果您想要修改會員密碼,只要登入全家會員中心,點選[修改會員資料]選項,您就可以進入修改密碼及其他基本資料頁面,若您忘記密碼,可點選[忘記密碼],輸入您註冊時使用的手機,新的密碼將會以簡訊寄至您的手機中,若未完成認證請重新申請帳號。

  • Q:After selecting SMS verification, no verification SMS is received.
    Please first check your mobile system to see if there are any blocked spam messages or if the SMS function is not enabled. If you continue to not receive the mobile verification SMS, please contact customer service via email, describe your issue, and provide the phone number you used for member registration. FamilyMart will assign a specialist to handle the issue as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may contact FamilyMart’s customer service hotline directly at 0800-221-363.
  • Q:Why is my self-defined account not accepted?
    You can only use your mobile number as the user ID. The system rejects all other numbers. Additionally, each mobile number can only be used for one account. If you want to use a new mobile number for your account, please log on to your account with the former mobile number and change your user ID. If you confirm there is no problem with your user ID but the system still rejects it, this can be a network connection error. Please try again.
  • Q:How to change my account password? What should I do if I forget my password?
    If you wish to change your account password, please log on to the FamilyMart Member Center, select [Change Account Data], and go to the change password and other basic data page. If you forgot your password, select [Forgot Password] and enter the mobile number you have registered at FamilyMart. A new password will be delivered to that mobile number by SMS. If you have not finished verification, please apply for a new account.

Personal Data Collection

  • How does FamilyMart Member Center collect my personal data?
    On principle, users will not need to enter any personal data when visiting the FamilyMart Website. Unless otherwise stated, FamilyMart Member Center will not obtain users’ personal data without acknowledging them. FamilyMart Member Center will collect personnel data over the Internet through the following channels:
  • Membership Application
    After completeing FamilyMart membership registration, you have become a FamilyMart Member. FamilyMart Member Center will obtain your personal data, including your name, email, date of birth, mobile number, and other related data. The more details your personal information provides, the more information related to your needs will be provided. After becoming a FamilyMart Member, you will receive a FamilyMart Member User ID. With this user ID, you can access all FamilyMart Member Center services.
  • Obligations for User ID and Password Protection
    The user ID and password you register on FamilyMart are considered as confidential. It is your responsibility to keep them properly. You should not lend or transfer them to or provide them for any third party or let any third party acknowledge them in any form. Additionally, you should log out from your account to end its use each time after disconnecting from the FamilyMart Website. Any user ID and password entered in consistency with the login data according to the system rules, whether or not they are entered by you, shall be considered as used by the member. This Company shall assume no responsibility for the damage or compensation caused by your failure to keep custody of the user ID or password due to the theft of the user ID or password, improper use, or inability to identify the user’s identity or intention or gross negligence.
  • EDM Subscription
    By registering membership on FamilyMart, you have agreed to subscribe to the member-exclusive emails via the ‘Notification of Personal Data Collection’. If you do not wish to receive notification about member rights and interests or marketing emails from FamilyMart, you may un-subscribe our EDM from the FamilyMart Membership Center.
  • Location Data
    FamilyMart will collect the following data from the foreground (display on the screen as you run the app) or background (no display on the screen as you run the app) when you run the FamilyMart App.

Use of Personal Data

  • Online Events and Online Surveys
    When you sign up for FamilyMart’s online events and online surveys, you will only need to provide the user ID and password you register on the FamilyMart Member Center, and other data will be extracted from the FamilyMart Member Center.
  • General Browsing
    In addition to the above, FamilyMart Member Center will also record data regarding the user’s website browsing behavior for use only in traffic analysis and website behavior surveys to improve the service quality of FamilyMart Member Center. Such data will only be used in total traffic analysis, and no connection to specific individuals will be performed.
  • How does FamilyMart Member Center use my personal data?
    FamilyMart Member Center will only use the collected personal data for purposes and within the scope as stated. Unless otherwise stated in advance or by law, under no circumstances shall FamilyMart Member Center provide your personal data for other third parties or use it for other purposes.
  • Membership Registration
    Data will only be used for service provision. FamilyMart Member Center will analyze the website and consumption behavior of individuals with the personal data collected from the member datasheet in order to provide members with the required information in detail.
  • EDM Distribution
    While EDM may be distributed through professional Internet marketing companies, FamilyMart will provide them with your email. The email you provide will only be used for distributing mails related to this Company. No contents unrelated to this Company will be sent. Please don’t worry.
    FamilyMart Member Center will only use the personal data (such as name and email) collected from EDM subscription for the purpose of sending emails and other necessary subscriber data analysis.
  • Online Events and Online Surveys
    The names and ID card numbers of event participants or respondents collected by FamilyMart stores will only be used for the corresponding luck draws only. Information such as the phone number, email, and address will only be used for notifying participants of the lucky draws results and analysis. Other data will only be used for commercial and market analysis purposes. Unless otherwise with the respondent’s consent, all data will only be used for analysis. FamilyMart Member Center will not use it for other purposes.
  • Statistics and Analysis
    When you voluntarily become a FamilyMart Member, all data registered on the FamilyMart Member Center will only be used for the reference of service or event design of FamilyMart Member Center. Data, such as the IP address of the user’s machine, session, browser, browsing and clicking records, generated not from your voluntary registration, will only be used for general analysis and will not be used for the analysis of individual users.
  • Miscellaneous
    Except for the personal data you voluntarily provide, when you contact FamilyMart Member Center by email or share your opinion with the call center, FamilyMart Member Center will only retain your communication record.

Other Rights and Interests

  • What are your options in data collection and use?
    FamilyMart Member Center will email you the information and services in relation to FamilyMart Convenience Store. Besides indicating FamilyMart Member Center as the sender in such data or emails, the methods, description, and links for unsubscribing from such data or emails at any time will also be provided in such data or emails. You can conveniently change the member data from the FamilyMart Member Center at any time to refuse to receive such data and emails.
  • How to read, update, and delete your data?

All activities conducted with such a user ID and password are considered your own behavior, and you shall take full responsibility for such behavior.
    2. You agree that it is your responsibility to properly keep your confidential data such as user ID and password. You should not lend or transfer them to or provide them for any third party or let any third party acknowledge them in any form. Additionally, you should log out from your account to end its use each time after disconnecting from the FamilyMart Website.
    3. This Company shall assume no responsibility for the damage or compensation caused by your failure to keep custody of the user ID or password due to the theft of the user ID or password, improper use, or inability to identify the user’s identity or intention or gross negligence. You should be responsible for the damage caused.
  • What else should I know about cyber privacy?
    Please don’t forget that any personal data you voluntarily disclose on the Internet at any time can be collected or used by others. In conclusion, when you disclose personal data over the Internet that can be read by the public, you may receive emails voluntarily provided by other groups. In general, it is your own responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your password or any member account data. Please be careful and keep custody of your member data.
Members should understand that this Company reserves the right to suspend or debar their FamilyMart Member Accounts of these members when acts breaching the event rules of this Company, against the law, affecting the rights and interests of others, or involving corruption are detected.
Please be noted that after the deletion, suspension, or debarment of the FamilyMart Member Account, the system will immediately delete all points, bonuses, and the relevant event benefits consolidated in that account without further notice. This Company shall assume no responsibility for that member or any third party.
You agree that this Company may add, cancel, change, or terminate any services or contents provided to members through FamilyMart Member Center due to business needs without notification for individual members.

全家會員點數合作特約商規範條約

  1. 一、規範目的
    1. (一)全家便利商店股份有限公司(下稱「全家」)為與合作特約商共同推廣「全家會員點數」使用服務。
    2. (二)本點數規約取代既往全家與特約商間之合約或合作事實,特約商應共同遵守本點數規約。
    3. (三)使用「全家會員點數」服務之合作特約商,即視為同意本全家會員點數合作特約商規範條約(下稱本點數規約),以及全盈支付金融科技股份有限公司(下稱「全盈」)代為處理全家會員點數相關累點及兌點事宜。 包含但不限於合作特約商審核與管理、帳務處理。
  2. 二、適用期間
    1. (一)自特約商使用「全家會員點數」服務之日起生效。
    2. (二)如特約商與全盈支付金融科技股份有限公司(下稱全盈)間之特約機構契約書或合作關係 因任何原因提前終止或解除時,本點數規約權利義務關係亦隨同終止。
  3. 三、點數定義及使用
    1. (一)「全家會員點數」係指全家所發行且由使用者依全家指定方式取得之虛擬點數。
    2. (二)「全家會員點數」之使用,包括但不限於方式、規則、折抵等,悉依全家所制定公布之使用條款規範而適用之。
    3. (三)如特約商與全家另合意舉辦行銷活動,則依該行銷活動約定之「全家會員點數」使用條件為之。
  4. 四、點數折抵
    1. (一)特約商同意「全家會員點數」使用者於使用全盈+PAY支付交易金額當下,得以「全家會員點數」折抵當筆部分或全額。
    2. (二)「全家會員點數」折抵條件依全家官網有關會員點數折抵公告之折抵比率計算,如有變更,以全家公告之內容為準。
    3. (三)如合作特約商與全家另合意舉辦行銷活動,則依該行銷活動約定之折抵條件為之。
  5. 五、帳務處理及發票
    1. (一)針對特約商折抵「全家會員點數」之相關帳務、服務作業,全家已授權全盈處理對應事宜,故相關結算、付款事宜應由全盈與特約商另行協議之。
    2. (二) 若特約商有漏開收據或發票之情事,致遭稅捐相關裁罰者,應由特約商自負其責,如因此造成全家損害,並應負擔完全賠償責任。
  6. 六、行銷配合事項
    1. (一)特約商人員得主動詢問消費者是否使用「全家會員點數」支付及是否使用「全家會員點數」折抵功能,並依「全家會員點數」使用者要求於結帳時線上操作「全家會員點數」點數折抵消費金額。
    2. (二)全家同意特約商於活動刊物及相關媒體廣告上刊登全家之活動內容,並於活動期間內得以店內陳列物告知「全家會員點數」使用者點數折抵消費使用方式。但相關活動刊物、陳列物及廣告內容,得事先經全家確認並同意後始得刊登。
    3. (三)特約商同意全家得於全家官方媒體露出特約商為特約商店之訊息。特約商並應保證所提供之商標、LOGO等資料之合法性。
  7. 七、保密義務
    特約商及其代表人、受雇人、代理人、受任人或其他使用人於本點數規約規範期間之所有取得、使用或知悉之客戶資料、會員資料、交易內容、專門技術、業務、財務、稅務、人事、採購、行銷等,無論是否以書面或其他方式為之,特約商應就「機密資訊」負保密義務,如有違反本條規定致全家遭受損害,應負損害賠償責任。
  8. 八、智慧財產權
    1. (一)全家、合作特約商雙方就各自依本點數規約設計、開發之資訊系統資訊串接、著作權、商標權等相關資料或其他所有智慧財產,各自取得智慧財產權。
    2. (二)全家、合作特約商雙方於履行本點數規約之必要範圍及期間內,授權他方使用資訊系統資訊串接、著作權、商標權等相關資料或其他所有智慧財產權(下稱「授權智慧財產權」),且非經授權方書面同意,被授權方不得為任何其他目的使用授權智慧財產權,或以任何方式侵害授權方之智慧財產權。
    3. (三)全家、合作特約商雙方應擔保提供或交付他方之授權智慧財產權,並無侵害第三人權利或有違反法令之情事,如他方使用授權智慧財產權,遭主管機關裁罰或第三人主張權利時,應由授權方負責處理該爭議並負擔因此所生之損害及相關費用。
  9. 九、個人資料保護
    特約商所獲得之全家會員個人資料,應依個人資料保護法及相關法令之規定恪遵保密原則,並同意基於本點數規約之目的而使用,維持個人資料之安全,如有違反,特約商應負損害賠償責任且依相關法令負完全之責。
  10. 十、資訊安全
    1. (一)特約商應確保所提供之客戶服務身分驗證機制及相關作業環境安全,採取適當之資通安全維護措施,以妥善維護資訊資產之機密性、完整性及可用性。
    2. (二)如因可歸責於特約商之因素(如違反本點數規約及相關法令法規、發生資安事件)或外部單位通報資安漏洞時,以致客戶或他方權益受損時,因而影響全家之商譽或遭主管機關裁罰,特約商應賠償全家因此所受之一切損失(包含但不限於所受損害、所失利益、裁罰金額、營業損失、商譽損害、律師費用、訴訟、調解或仲裁費用、和解金、刊登媒體費用)。
  11. 十一、消費爭議
    1. (一)「全家會員點數」使用者與特約商間交易之任一方當事人,有關交易之內容,包括但不限於交易之權利與義務、方法與條件等法律關係,僅存於「全家會員點數」使用者與特約商間,概與全家無涉。特約商應保證所提供之商品或服務,符合公平交易法、消費者保護法及相關法令法規,若因特約商自身商品或服務之提供所導致消費爭議或違反其他法令之虞者,應由特約商自行負責。
    2. (二)本點數規約生效期間內,任一方如因可歸責於己之事由與「全家會員點數」使用者間之交易發生爭議,應由可歸責方自行負責處理,惟於必要時,得通知另一方提供協助。雙方均應建立申訴及爭議處理機制,提供「全家會員點數」使用者申訴管道,並積極處理爭議。
  12. 十二、其他事項
    1. (一)特約商未經全家同意,不得將本點數規約之權利義務部分或全部移轉予第三人。
    2. (二)有關本點數規約之內容,全家保有最終解釋之權利。
    3. (三)本點數規約之修改及補充等將公告於全家官網,不另行個別通知特約商,且於公開發佈時起生效,如特約商於本點數規約修訂後繼續使用者,即視為同意修訂後之內容。
